While the market is primarily focused on side by sides, Can-Am releases updates on the Outlander and Renegade ATV platforms. New for 2023 is an entirely new front end on Outlander and Renegade. Along with the new front fascia are new available options on select models.
Outlander is Can-Am’s versatile utility ATV. Covering all aspects of ATVs from farm, hunting, mud riding and trail riding – there is an Outlander to fit your needs. Available in a single seater and two up touring models.
New redesigned 2023 Outlander is available in trims optimized for various needs and two engine options, the 78hp 850 cc and class leading 91hp 1000R. Still available are the mostly unchanged Outlander 450 and 570 that retain the previous model year’s body style.
Now available on the Outlander X MR 1000R is the Visco-4Lok front differential. This differential is an automatically locking limited slip that gives Outlander increased traction when needed without driver input. The X MR trim is primarily designed for mud riding with factory snorkel and high mounted radiator.
For backwoods hunting and utility work, the Can-Am Outlander MAX 6X6 DPS 650 is the ATV to look at. With a bed the size you would expect in a full-size utility side by side, six-wheel drive, 1,650lb payload capacity, and a 62hp Rotax V-Twin engine – this is a monster of an ATV. It is a two-up design, meaning that it has proper seating and footrests for two riders, this ATV can get you to the most remote locations.
Also updated for 2023 is Can-Am Renegade. This is Can-Am’s sport ATV. Focusing on the thrill of riding, instead of utility, creates a no compromise experience.
Models of Renegade sporting the new front fascia starts at Renegade 650. This is the base model full-size offering selectable four-wheel drive, 62hp 650 cc V-twin Rotax engine, 9.2in of front suspension and 9.9in of rear suspension travel.
Topping out the Renegade lineup is the X MR 1000R. This is a legendary ATV that dominates the mud racing scene. Sporting a revised suspension and Visco-4Lok front differential, the 2023 model is sure to continue the tradition.
