The guides on the rods are innovative new Seaguide Delta TYG TYG guide train. They feature a modified triangular design for these single-foot stainless steel guides that have an ADAMANTM coating that reduces friction when the line run through the guide array. The rod is capped with another Seaguide PVD coated Stainless steel tip top. This guide set makes it so anglers can drop down to the fish faster and more efficiently with these rods.
The handles come in a split and full grip styles with reel sears that have no-show nuts on select models. The handles are made from an agglomerated cork material, the most durable cork material the St. Croix engineers have ever tested.
