Hard-mounting vs. Universal Detachable Mount : overlanding

Hey guys. I just got a Waterport day tank for Christmas and I’m looking at different mounts to attach it to my Prinsu rack.

I can’t decide between these two options:

The Prinsu looks like the sturdier option BUT this mount is hard mounted directly to the Waterport tank.

The Waterport Platform rack is more expensive and allows the Waterport to be taken on and off, BUT I am not sure how sturdy this is.

Does anyone have any experience with either of these mounts? Any suggestions for other mounts that will attach to a Prinsu?
