I could use some feedback on if my plan is realistic

I'm planning on ordering a 2023 Tundra Limited Doublecab with the 6.5' bed and the TRD Off Road Package. I'd like to install an aluminum flatbed and put an OEV HBE flatbed camper on it.

Toyota says the maximum payload capacity of the Tundra I specified is 1820lbs. The dry weight of the camper is 1650lbs. Adding in water, lithium batteries, my gear, myself, and my dog, I'm probably going to be exceeding the capacity by at least a few hundred pounds. How bad of an idea is that?

I know the most logical suggestion is to get a 3/4 ton truck, but I want to keep the size of the rig down so I can still take it on tight trails.
