Is a Solar Charge Controller necessary for my setup? : overlanding

So my current solar setup is a single 200W Panel mounted to the roof of my vehicle.

I currently use a Power Station (Jackery 500) and I charge it via my solar panel when needed. I’m also going to be getting a portable fridge that has a removeable battery so the Fridge can run off of either direct power, or through its removable battery.

Here is the battery the fridge uses (its basically a power station, but also powers the fridge.) https://www.acopower.com/collections/accessories/products/hy-x230

My main question about the Charge Controller is, I want to be able to charge the fridges’ battery off of the Panel, and also on occasion power the Fridge via my panel as well.

My knowledge on solar is fairly limited. I’m unsure if I plug my 200W panel directly into the Fridge or its battery without feeding it through a Controller will cause overloading issues? I currently do this with my Jackery, however through research I discovered the Jackery has a built in Charge Controller. I’m just unsure if the Fridge or the Battery for it has a Charge Controller built in. I’m currently using a MC4 to DC cable to power my Jackery. Plan on doing the same with the Frige and the Fridges’ battery.
