Met up with some good friends in central Idaho last weekend : overlanding

I am looking to pick up a power station to power primarily my 12v fridge (iceco vl45proS) and phone, potentially expanding to a laptop and Starlink every once in a while. My original choice was the bluetti eb70s with 700wh of storage, but the eb55 with 537wh is $170 less making me re-think how much power I need. I have a 200-watt solar setup all ready to help, so my question is, those that went with a 500wh station did you feel like you needed more?

Update: after reading through everyone’s comments I decided to go with an eb70s, I understand that 100ah is recommended but frankly I can’t find one that suits all the criteria that I want. I know I can hook the fridge direct to the vehicle’s battery but I did that in my last vehicle and always wanted to have the security of a disconnected system, and now would like to run an inverter. Plus this means that I can move vehicles pretty easily.

Thank you everyone for your help!
