I have a laptop which has a touch screen and can be laid out such that the screen and keyboard are one flat surface.
I want to be able to mount this such that driver or passenger can use the laptop to control various systems in my RV conversion (to be built on a Dodge RAM 3500 std cab chassis) and use it for navigation also.
Normally the driver would not use the laptop for anything but navigation while driving – I am not one for unsafe texting/etc. while driving, but I can see using the laptop as a display for exterior cameras when maneuvering.

But would like other suggestions/feedback/experience on a stable/strong/rigid holder of a 3-4 pound laptop with 14″ screen, that isn’t going to flop around when off-pavement.
