My DIY ROOFTOP TENT : overlanding

Took me about one month to build this clam shell tent. Was a lot of work but fun and learned a lot from the build. The hardest part I found was the stitching of the fabric. I never used a sewing machine before and now I have deep respect to all the grandmas and tailors out there. I do have a rainfly that is completely removable. I zip it up and unzip when not in use. Also a removable awning that when driving I just simply remover and fold and keep in the car. If you’re interested in those I can post pictures of the tent with rainfly and awning installed.
