Open Truck Bed & Refrigerator, Portable Power Station etc??? : overlanding

I’m just starting to build out my Toyota Tacoma Quad Cab and initially wanted to go the route of RTT on a 10″ bed rack in back, but I have become hung up on not know what to do with my Fridge and also my Portable Power Station – neither of which are probably good to get wet. I have considered a rear seat delete but the Goose Gear stuff costs an arm and a leg, plus I like having a rear seat. Does anyone have a slick way of mounting a Fridge and PPS in the bed that is protected from the elements and also allows some air circulation? I am considering building a box for them with some other storage to go under the bed rack, but I haven’t seen anything else like that in the wild…
