I just got back last week from 9 days of KY to Moab, Arches NP, Green River, CO River, and the Rockies. 3300 miles with 3 vehicles. First time using this Suburban setup. It was Phase 1 with inside sleeping, solar shower, and DIY awning. It was very nice to just sleep in the truck. On last year’s desert trip, I brought my Silverado, but had to pitch a tent each night. This setup only takes 7 minutes from parking to sleeping. Vids on YouTube if anyone is interested in more detail. Phase 2 will add a compressor fridge, aux battery setup, and solar panel.
